When you bring your bike in for service we always start with a free, no-obligation estimate of the work that's needed on your bike. We will then make a recommendation always respecting your choices and budget.
Walk in repairs are welcome. We will fix a flat and do minor adjustments on the spot.

Free Basic Tune-up October 1 - January 31*
No Appointment Necessary To Drop Off Bike For Service!
*If you have purchased a new bike from Gateway Cycle since 2007 you are eligible for a free basic tune-up every year that you own your bike. Simply bring your bike in for service between October 1 and January 31.
Original owners only - free tune-up privilege cannot be transferred.

Gateway Cycle offers a full range of comprehensive repair services on all brands of mechanical bikes. However, due to the rapid expansion of E-bike offerings, the specific resources required to repair this technology, and the decrease in quality and safety of new offerings, we are now only repairing electric bikes sold at Gateway Cycle as well as technologies we are certified to repair.
Gateway Cycle is currently certified/authorized to service the following power systems: Bosch, Shimano, TQ, Fazua, and Hyena.
In addition to those listed above, Gateway Cycle can service the mechanical components (but not the electrical systems) of most major bike shop brands such as Giant, Specialized, etc that use a proprietary motor/battery system. Rear hub drive motors can have a tube/tire installed if just the wheel is brought in.
To ensure we deliver service at the highest level, bikes using systems other than these referenced cannot be accepted for repair in any capacity, including repairs to non-electrical components. Certain exceptions apply.
