After walking 3+ miles to Gateway Cycle with a flat tire on my commute home from work (I cracked my valve stem filling up my tubeless tire at the Gateway/Vento bike station).
When I reached a busy Gateway Cycle, I was quickly greeted by Cullen who asked if I needed any help. I explained what happened, and he stated he could get me in immediately. He showed me two different brands of tires, we discussed the conditions and frequency of my biking and I selected the best option. He mounted the tubeless tire and had me on the road in 15 minutes. I was grateful for the quick courteous and professional service. Just another great experience at Gateway Cycle.
